Was quite entertaining watching him the first time at the skatepark down a drop in round a concrete berm thing and straight on into a low wall. No front brake on a freestyle bike. I recommend it to everyone who is just starting or getting back in.

Brakes dont really make a difference for barspins if you have enough cable slack or a gyro. I know this isnt a BMX forum but I know some of you are into BMX. I jJust picked up a DK Dayton bike and it has no front brake.
None of the BMX bikes from DK seem to have them. And not many from Redline Eastern MirraCo etc have them either. For the type of riding I want to do I think a front brake could be pretty useful.

I would use the brake lever to level my bike out on supermans and no footed cancans which is not a good practice. They also get in the way of indowns an unturndown where you continue to turn the bars. Had a bad crash from that.
